Abhayanga Ayurvedic Treatment
Shirodhara Ayurvedic Treatment

Ayurveda, the ‘Science of Life,’ offers personalized solutions to modern health concerns.

Addressing root causes, Ayurveda restores balance using diet, physical therapies, and herbal remedies for concerns like stress, auto-immunity, pain, digestion, skin, hair, headaches, and insomnia.

Begin with a consultation to identify your unique Prakruti (body type and doshic balance), and identify imbalances. This includes tongue, eye, and pulse analysis, discussing your health concerns.

Upon assessing your Prakruti, I’ll provide a tailored list of foods to favor and avoid.

If deeper corrections are needed, herbal remedies and therapies may be recommended.

Our session concludes with a custom dietary and herbal regimen, guiding your path to well-being.

…let go and surrender to a treat of total self-care!

Your Initial Consultation begins with a thorough one-hour assessment of your present Doshic imbalances utilising tools which are authentically known as Astavidha pareeksha, (eight folded examinations), of which pulse, tongue and eye analysis are the first and most significant. After making the appointment for your initial consultation, please download a Client Registration Form and the Doshic Balance Worksheet from our Downloads page, and bring it with you to expedite your paperwork upon arrival. In addition a personalised lifestyle is recommended that incorporates nutritional counseling, herbs, body therapies, skin care, aromatherapy, and exercise as well as daily and seasonal routines. This personal consultation is highly recommended to determine which therapies are best for each client.
Please avoid food or drinks two hours prior to your appointment for any consultation as these may influence our assessment. Drinking water is fine.
Bring a list of any medicines you are taking, and any lab or test results from recent doctor or hospital visits.

€145 for 55 minutes

This 30 minute Follow Up Consultation can be added onto the beginning of your session to monitor your progress and reevaluate your course of action. Modifications to diet, recommended herbal supplements, exercise and treatments are discussed and determined during this session. The Follow Up Consultation cannot be used to replace the Initial Consultation for first-time customers.

Ayurvedic Reflexology is a remarkably effective therapy, primarily owing to its expert manipulation of Marma points. These Marma points are recognized as “distribution centers” within the body, where the vital life energy, Prana, is transformed, regulated, and stored.

  • The Significance of the Feet: Clients favor Ayurvedic Reflexology for its focus on the feet, which are considered the seat of the meridians. Packed with numerous nerve endings, neural receptors, and Marma points, the feet serve as a gateway to harmonizing the body’s energy systems. This comprehensive attention to the feet creates a profound sensory experience.
  • Balancing Subtle Energy Systems: The ultimate goal of Ayurvedic Reflexology is to facilitate the equilibrium of the body’s subtle energy systems by promoting the efficient flow of vital energy, known as “prana.” According to Ayurveda, maintaining health and well-being is contingent upon the uninterrupted and vibrant flow of prana throughout the body and mind.
  • Supporting Vibrant Health: Ayurvedic Reflexology is not merely a relaxation technique but a holistic approach to well- being. By stimulating the Marma points in the feet, this therapy supports the efficient flow of prana, ensuring that the body and mind remain in a state of vibrant health.

Panchakarma, an ancient Ayurvedic practice with roots in royal traditions, is a transformative series of five cleansing and rejuvenating treatments. Originally developed by Ayurvedic scholars for Indian royalty, it has evolved into the cornerstone of Ayurvedic wellness. This comprehensive approach addresses both body and mind, offering holistic rejuvenation.

  • Customized Treatments for Personal Wellness: I tailor each Panchakarma experience to your unique needs, considering your doshic constitution and overall body strength. The treatment typically spans two-and-a-half hours, encompassing therapies such as Marma/Abyanga, Udvarthana, Swedana, Nasya/ Netra Basti, and Shirodhara. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the maximum benefit from each therapy.
  • Purging Toxins and Reconnecting with Wellness: To eliminate toxins from the body, Panchakarma utilizes purgation and herbal enemas, a process often completed in the comfort of your home after the physical treatments. This holistic approach not only detoxifies the body but also provides an opportunity to break poor dietary habits, fostering overall well-being.
  • Optimizing Benefits with Dietary Regimen: Prior to and during the Panchakarma procedure, a prescribed dietary regimen is recommended to enhance the benefits of the treatments. Additionally, a post- Panchakarma dietary regimen is suggested to gently transition you back into your daily routine. This dietary support maximizes the positive effects of the treatments.
  • A Preventative Measure for Holistic Wellness: Panchakarma is commonly practiced once or twice annually as a preventative measure. It offers the opportunity to purify the body, reset the system, and break harmful dietary patterns. Beyond its detoxifying properties, Panchakarma promotes holistic wellness, making it an essential practice in Ayurveda.
