Ashley Tate

Ashley began teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga in 2022 but has been in love with the practice since her first class 10 years ago. It is not an exaggeration to say that yoga has shaped the way that she moves, breathes, and sees the world. Her greatest joy is sharing that experience with her students. She firmly believes that yoga is for everyone, no matter one’s body type, injuries, or experience level. Her classes focus on the mind-body connection and the psychological release that comes with the practice. She has a PhD in psychology, and weaves together western and eastern knowledge of the brain and mental wellbeing throughout her classes.
