Meditation is the single most important habit for self improvement that you can develop.
It is also the core practice of yoga. There are a lot of different techniques out there but still we question, "How can I make meditation a part of my daily life?".
In this class we offer something simple for beginners, or for those who have tried and failed but really want the habit to stick. It's important to try and follow the first six classes to help create some discipline and to better find your own way of meditating. You will also receive home work, more like tips and tricks, to help you to find the best way to incorporate mediation into your life. All levels of experience are welcome.
